And Joshua and Katee are pretty insane, too, but honestly. I wish I could dance like that o_0 How much FUN would that be?? [02 Jul 2008|07:24pm] daynapanda [ mood | hungry ] [ music | the news! ] Damn, moving is tiring. At least this time I knew for a fact that this will be the last time I move for a while, at least 2 years (which is when I finish school). After we had everything in the new house, we went to visit Iris and Jacob and so we could shower because we don't have gas at the house yet. We got to be there when Iris gave him a bath, it was wonderful! We left their place almost at 11 and then went back to the apartment to get the last few things that were still there, my lovely laptop included :p Got home at like 12:30 and went to bed shortly after but I had a hard time falling asleep. It was probably the new environment... or the fact that my ass hurt like hell. I hurt it early in the morning and have a nasty-looking bruise now because of it. Anyway, like I said, I documented my day so here you have it. Moving, food, wittle Jacob, the new house :) Before that though, I just want to say how happy I am that Ingrid Betancourt was set free today :) It's kinda sad that if you go to yahoo.com, the main news is about Shannen Doherty starting a new 90210 drama and that the news about Ingrid Betancourt is presented as: "Colombia recues ex-politician and Americans". Sad indeed. ( July 1, 2008. Moving day! (70 pictures) ) So, when I was typing this post, our waiter Giorgio asked me if he could use my computer to see if he had some files in his usb thingy so I said sure. I don't know what on earth he clicked on that now, instead of seeing text, as in, html, I see the images and everything and I don't know how to undo what he did. Help? I don't like it this way! In other news, I have a date tomorrow. Shocking, I know. Some guy I didn't meet at a carne asada I went to like a month ago, told my friend Angel (who is also his best friend) to introduce us. I'm not really attracted to him but Angel swears he's he nicest guy ever and he won't disappoint me...  also, he doesn't think I live "too far away" so that's always a plus but we'll see. We're gonna go get coffee and then to see Kung Fu Panda. For my 25th birthday I have two ideas in mind. Both involve costumes. 1. All-women party, and the theme is HOOKERS. 2. Co-ed party, men have to dress up as women and viceversa. Which do you like best? Also, if it's co-ed, should I invite Jacobo? I definitely want to invite Cecy and definitely not him but what will our friends think? I don't know what to do. UGH. What an asshole. [01 Jul 2008|01:19am] daynapanda [ mood | discontent ] [ music | Dexter on tv ] I haven't seen my wittle Jacob since Friday and it is killing me. It's even worse because I don't know when I'll be able to see him again. We're moving YET AGAIN (fuck me running, seriously) tomorrow. I'm skipping school so I can help my parents and all that fun stuf. I'm so sick and tired of moving. I never want to move again in my life. I've moved way too much since 2005. It's ridiculous! So, I'm moving far away from everything and everyone to the middle of nowhere. The cable company doesn't even have service there! So, I won't have cable/internet for a while, who knows how long. Ugh. I will document the day though so expect a picture-heavy post in the future. I'm turning 25 in a month. I'm throwing a big party. Men will have to dress up as women and women as men, it shold be fun :) I can't believe I'm turning 25. I think I'm gonna start telling people I'm 20, they never believe me when I tell them my age (which is a good thing I suppose, I'm aging rather gracefully). If you would've asked me 10 years ago what I thought life would be like when I was 25, never in a million years would I have guessed my life would be like this. It's not bad and I can't really complain but I wish certain things were different. I wish I had figured out sooner what I wanted to do with my life and not wasted 5 years. I could be working and be independent by now. But hey, at least I've got the whole "aging gracefully" thing going, right? Hah. Everything happens when it's supposed to happen I guess. I just can't wait to be done with school. I only have 2 years left but sometimes it feels like a really long time. I'm just excited about the future. Mom's doing better now, she had 2 things, one if which was caused by stress because she worries way too much about way too many things. Iris scared us yesterday though. She said she was in the shower when all of the sudded, she started bleeding. Like, oozing blood down there. She called the doctor, freaking out, and he got scared and told her to figure out where the blood came from (she has a bad case of hemorrhoids) because if it was where they cut her (they cut her open 3 times so they baby could come out) when she gave birth it was very dangerous and she could die. Thankfully, it was her hemorrhoids. Her cut did get infected though, it was oozing puss. Yuck. She went to the doctor today so he could clean it and stuff and check her because her feet are still swollen. Ugh. At least Jacob is doing well, he had his first doctor's appointment on saturday and everything was fine. He lost a bit of weight but apparently that's normal. He didn't like my sister's milk and we couldn't figure out why until we found out her cut was infected, that was causing her milk to tasted bad. Poor baby. I wanted to write a bit about Jim but it's already past 1 am and I have to get up early to finish packing and move. Ugh. I'm so not looking forward to that. Oh well. I'll just say that I've got him where I wanted him... now HE needs something from ME but I won't do anything until HE does what I've been asking him to do for the past 4 years. I love this sense of empowerment. Oh and it needed to be said... thank you, harmonicsoul for getting me 2 months of paid account : ) I can use more icons now! 5 comments|post comment

In Orlando? [30 Jun 2008|02:44am] sequiro I'm planning a working trip to Orlando this year or into Jan/Feb of 2009. This will be a fairytale week, meaning that I'll be doing fairytale sessions in Orlando that week. In order to make the trip, I need 8 or more little girls children at $175 (normal session price) each who want to be princesses photographed there. If you live in Orlando or are close and want a fairytale session, let me know and we'll get you on the list. No one will be charged until there is a list of 8 or more girls and the trip is for sure. If you're not in Orlando and want a trip from me and know several people who also want one, contact me. ETA: Photo sessions are not in DisneyWorld and have nothing to do with Disney. I'd love to for sure, but when tickets are $70/person, it's just not happening. ETA2: No, it doesn't have to be just girls. I promise, I haven't started wearing makeup or dresses. It.... (ba ba dum!) is a Princess Room! It's a tiny room in our studio with some studio lights to emulate natural window light. It's been a year in the dreaming and a month in building, and it's finallt done. I just ran 14 girls through it last weeks to practice, and we'll start charging for it soon. I was an awesome big sister last night and I went out to a Demon Hunter concert I'd promised to go to for my brother, it was his bday present, even though I was already still getting over being freaking EXHAUSTED from Italy. I can honestly say, before last night, I've never sat through a concert at the House of Blues, nor have I ever been freezing cold in HOB. LOL. We sat on the bar stools all night, and now today, my right hip is KILLING me!! I feel like an old lady!! I dunno why it is bothering me so bad!! Ugh. It hurts. And since I was up until 230 something am, and got back up at 730am for church this morning, I swear I am going to bed as soon as Rosie does tonight. It was a good concert, though. They played both my favorite songs! Mom is going away for the week, on retreat. I wish she'd hurry up and leave, because I have things to do to get Rosie ready for summer camp this week, and Mom is getting in my way! She keeps worrying and fussing about silly things like what to make for dinner etc. She's such a MOM!! I am perfectly capable of running the household for a week without her!!
